Motor Control Stations
The TCS Motor Control Station provides both remote and local 
control capabilities and can be configured via the DeviceNet Parameters for many control operations and safety default settings.
More importantly is the diagnostic feed back to help both maintenance staff and operators quickly locate problems should they occur.
This distributed approach to motor control allows you to eliminate MCC panels that would traditionally house contactors, variable speed drives and motor starters.
SEW MoviMOT
The VSD unit is designed to operate with a SEW MoviMOT variable speed drive and provides you with all the control features on the DeviceNet network you require. The local control station provides local control and diagnostics capabilities to quickly troubleshoot your plant.
Direct on Line (DOL/FWD/REV)
When fixed speed applications are all that are required the TCS DOL motor control station is all that you require. Using standard contactor technology you can stop and start your motor either remotely via DeviceNet or locally on the front control panel.
Diagnostics & Maintenance
The diagnostic LEDs indicate overload trip, motor fault diagnostics and the lockable isolator provides a safe working environment for maintenance staff.
By daisy chaining the three phase power supply, as well as the communications via DeviceNet, you can achieve a dramatic reduction in the cable way and power distribution requirements.
