DeviceNet to Serial DA
The DeviceNet to Serial DA Interface was designed to simplify PLC communicatins with serial devices.
Data received on the serial link is grouped and transmitted to the PLC via DeviceNet. Data transmitted by the PLC is collected and sent out the serial link.
Data is sent to the PLC after a user configurable number of bytes have been received on the serial link. Start and end delimiters can also be used to capture complete packets before sending them to the PLC.
Multiple Serial DA modules can be connected to the same network enabling one PLC to communicate with several serial devices.
An extensive range of parameters allows you to configure the module to suit your serial device.
