TCS Industrial message display system is a module configuration than can be arranged in an endless number of combination. 

Displays come as a standard 5 character block in either 50 x 30 mm or 100 x 60mm character size. These can be divided further to two character blocks depending on your messaging requirements. 

A message display can consist of only two characters through to 256 characters and arrange in a endless variety of lay out combinations. 

Enclosures can be manufactured to suit your environmental and aesthetic needs. 

A variety of interface options are available to connect to our message displays, including RS232, RS485, RS422, Ethernet, CAN, 2.4GHz RF, Bluetooth. We support a huge range of industrial communications protocols that enable control from your factory PLC. These communication options include Ethernet TCP/IP, EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, CANopen, Modbus-RTU, Modbus-TCP, Profibus, and CC-Link.

Wrightson and Gilbarco animal auctioneering system display now selling and buying information at the sale yard auction. the display is integrated into a database application that is used to execute the auction and track the sales.  




Dulux Paints has 6 displays in a manual paint filling line to display product information to the operators. the displays are connected directly to the production scheduling department to provide up to the minute information. 


Over 200 two line displays are are use in food processing plants in New Zealand and Australia to provide product information requirements to operators. Plants such as Fonterra, CANPAC international are among several companies to use this technology. 


96 character display is an intergral part of Silverfern Meats processing plants using Ethernet/IP to interface with the plant automation PLC equipment.
